My goal as a Functional Nutrition and Health Coach is to empower you to take control of your wellbeing. However, there is no one size fits all solution to finding balance and wellness in our lives. Everyone has different genetic makeups, lifestyles, and needs. A dogmatic approach, or sticking to one “Food Religion”, can be problematic as this tends to be rigid, and in some cases impractical. Leaving out a food or entire food group may restore health in one body, while causing harm in another. My role is mostly that of educator as well as part detective, part coach, part cheerleader and part accountability partner. I use in depth assessments and health history to find the best plan for YOU!

Functional Nutrition uses lab testing, at home testing, blood chemistry, and the latest science to get to the root cause of imbalance in your unique body. This differs from the ‘Symptom/Substance” model that so many have found in traditional healthcare to be ineffective. 

Functional Health Coaching takes all aspects of your life into consideration - sleep, stress management, exercise, fun, nutrition, and lifestyle habits to see where adjustments can be made to bring you into a state of wellness. 

A Strategy Session to get clear on your specific health goals is a great place to start. From there we can see which program is the best fit for you.
